Africa:

African coffees are usually medium to full in body, bright and tangy in acidity, and characterized by fruit or wine-like qualities. African coffees represent some of our most exotic offerings. We feature a unique coffee from Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee.  Just to the south, the rich, volcanic soil around Mount Kenya nourishes some of the most intense, intoxicatingly flavorful coffee in the world. To the north, just across the Red Sea in the Arabian Peninsula, lies Yemen. With its steep slopes and primitive natural processing method, coffee from Yemen tends to be wildly complex. Our African coffees include: Yemen Mocha, Ethiopian, Kirinyaga and Kenyan.

Asia & the Pacific Islands:

Asian and Pacific Island coffees are generally full in body, smooth or low in acidity, and typified by earthy or herbal flavors. Be adventurous and try a satisfying and rare coffee treat. From this region we offer you: Sumatra.

Americas:

South and Central American coffees are typically lighter in body, bright in acidity, and flavored by nutty or light floral spice. These coffees are processed using the washed method, which emphasizes clarity and brightness in the cup. They also tend to be balanced and sweet, featuring flavor characteristics ranging from vanilla, honey and citrus to subtle nutty and chocolaty notes. Coffees from this region include: Tazza Rican™, Colombiana™, Kona Blend, Costa Rican, Guatemalan, as well as our Fair Trade certified coffees (Bronze Mountain Blend Organic, Nordic Organic, French Organic).
