Finding the right beans is just the beginning. The coffee beans must be precisely roasted in order to experience the flavors within. Roasting coffee is not much different than creating an artistic masterpiece. When coffee beans arrive at Victor Allen’s they are hard, green, and give no indication of the flavor they have to offer. Our trained roastmasters coax out the flavor by roasting each batch to the perfect temperature for exactly the right amount of time.
