At Victor Allen’s, we feel our people are just as important as our coffee. We hire top talent, all with a passion for coffee. Additionally, we have high standards for performance and have established ongoing training on proper storage, roasting, brewing and serving techniques.

We don’t purchase beans based on the elaborate art on the bags or on what is trendy. We choose our beans based on how big our smiles are around the cupping table. To find the right bean and right flavor profile, we take our time to taste coffees from around the world. Our cupping team has years of experience in the coffee business and knowledge of each region. Years of experience helps, but it’s our passion for the most amazing beans that sets us apart.
