Shipping
All orders will be shipped within a couple business days of placement (orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be shipped the following business day). If you choose an expedited shipping method (Next-Day Air or Second-Day Air) please note that your order will be filled within 24-48 hours of it being placed. If you select an expedited shipping method and your package is shipped over a weekend, note that the weekend will add additional length to the total shipping time. Unfortunately, at this time, Victor Allen's Coffee cannot ship orders internationally.
We use the carrier's rates to calculate shipping costs and do not levy additional charges. Orders shipping to AK and HI will incur additional charges.
Return Policy
If any one of our products fails to meet your expectations, we will replace it or refund the full cost of the product.
