At Victor Allen’s Coffee we are committed to delivering the highest-quality products to our customers which is why we set superior levels of quality control.

Selection

All of our beans are selected from countries around the world to produce the most sophisticated coffees. We search for premium Arabica beans to create a flavorful and complex taste for our specialty products.

Testing

In order to manufacture exceptional coffees, we conduct tests based on specific parameters such as density and moisture tests on green beans, as well as analyzing the color after each roast.

Cupping

We rely on our cupping process to match samples with our flavor profiles. We compare beans to our existing coffees based on acidity, density, body and brightness, among other coffee characteristics.

Roasting

With advanced technology and equipment we are able to roast batches of all sizes, large and small, in five varieties: Regular, Cuban, Espresso, French and Italian.

Blending

To ensure accurate flavor profiles, we use a state-of-the-art blending system for consistent, delicious blends.

Packaging

We take additional steps to promise the most superior products to our customers. Our coffee is packaged almost immediately after roasting and carefully flushed with nitrogen to force out oxygen that is in the bag. Our 6 ounce and larger products are also equipped with a one-way valve to ensure your coffee remains roaster fresh.
