IMPORTANT NOTICES:

We appreciate you being a Victor Allen’s Coffee customer. Here are two important notices from our team that we are working on now

  1. Split Shipments
    1. You may receive your order in separate shipments. FedEx has decided to ship orders that are more than one box separately.
    2. This means your shipment could arrive partially and the next portion of your shipment will arrive separately.
    3. It may take 2-3 more business days to receive the next shipment if the items were split in transit by FedEx.
    4. Our team is working with FedEx to get them to use a single box that has all your product in one every time, we are testing that with them now and that should be available for all of our orders in the coming weeks.
  2. Shipping Status
    1. Our partner FedEx has told us it could take 3 -5 business days to get your tracking number from FedEx.
    2. If for some reason you do not receive it by on the 6th Business day please email Supportdesk@victorallen.com and we will dispute that shipment and contact FedEx

Our team wants to make sure you get your coffee as soon as possible and will continue to improve our shipping options, these improvements should be within the next 30-60 days.
