Split Shipments
- Multi box orders may arrive in separate shipments, on different days.
- Not to worry – if you don’t see your entire shipment within 3-5 days of each other, drop us a note: SupportDesk@victorallen.com
Shipping Status
- Expect your fresh roasted coffee to depart within 1-3 days of order submission.
- Your tracking number is emailed to you upon shipment departure, ensure your email is accurate to avoid delays in tracking receipt.

- UPS & USPS are the main carriers utilized offering seven day per week delivery.
