This roast tastes burnt, bad coffee

This Italian Roast coffee has a very burnt, acidic taste. It does not taste like it did before. Very upsetting, as we've enjoyed the other blends.

Do not buy the Blue Boxed Italian Roast

We have been drinking Victor Allen's Italian Roast, Dark Roast, Single Serve Coffee Pods for years. Absolutely the best coffee. However, they changed the formula and now tastes like watered down coffee. The flavor we love is gone and not good at all. I hope they change it back to the original blend. I have a box of 80 that is awful. Victor Allen's should reimburse all of us that were deceived. If you look at the box the weight of each pod changed from .38 to .26 oz. We have been robbed.

Horrible coffee

VA italian roast used to be the only coffee I would buy. The new coffee is absolutely horrible. It's so weak.

So sad on new flavors

Why did you change the Italian Roast ? Its was perfect and you added chocolate and toasted marshmallow flavor which turned it into a flavored coffee instead of a great Italian brew. Cannot drink it.

Unhappy

The new improved taste has ruined my favorite coffee. I have been drinking VA Italian roast for over 5 years and loved it until now. It is weak and tasteless. I was hoping that it was just a design of cup and box change but no, it’s horrible. Why did you mess with it?
